Outer Space

We have spent two weeks learning about outer space!
The kids really enjoyed this unit.
Here are some of the projects we made.

My own planet watercolor and crayon art.
Plus a journal about your planet.

Pattern Block alien!

Astronaut Craft

If I was an astronaut I would visit all the planets.

If I went to the moon....
"I would put mice on the moon with cheese"

Aliens Love Underpants

This is a really fun unit for early learners.

Hip Hip Hooray it's the 100th Day!

Happy 100th day of school!
It's that time of year, the 100th day!
I hope you and your class had fun celebrating. If you haven't reached your 100th day yet, here are some ideas of what we did in our classroom this week.

If I had $100...

I would be famous.
(Wouldn't that be nice!)

I would buy new crayons.

I would throw it in the air.

We made pictures of what we will look like when we are 100 years old. I think these are adorable! We put them on our bulletin board along with a journal we made about what we will do when we are 100 years old.

We also made crowns, fruit loop necklaces and played games.

We also did some fun groundhog day projects on Monday.
Let's hope Phil is right and we will have an early spring!
